New Consignor Tags with sort# Mandatory Please Read Tagging Instructions

Item Condition: Clothing items must be in great condition with little-to-no signs of wear or damage. No stains, tears, holes, missing buttons, or broken zippers. Only items applicable to the upcoming season will be accepted. Equipment and toys should be clean, include all pieces, and must not be recalled. Below you will find more information on what items will be accepted.

Item Inspection: During drop-off, all items will be inspected, and any unacceptable items will be sent home with the consignor."PLEASE don't be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items." We will be checking very closely so as to maintain the quality of the sale. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we feel may not sell. It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting your items ready at home. We want to be known for having the best quality merchandise and we want you as a purchaser to have confidence that you are buying the best at My Kids Attic.

Regarding Recalls: It is the Consignor's Responsibility, as seller of the items, to make sure none of their items have been recalled. Please visit saferproducts.gov

Limits: You must bring at least 20 items to be a consignor.

Shoe Limit: 10 pairs per consignor of Size 4 and up.  No limits on cleats, rainboots, Crocs, boots.  DO NOT PUT SHOES IN ZIPLOC BAGS! (No Baby Shoes accepted)

Clothing Limit: 0-6 months sizes will be limited to 15 "hanging outfits" per gender! (For clarification: Mulitple pieces put together are counted as one item. (ex. onesies, gowns, sleepers etc. can be pinned together at the shoulders and do NOT need to be on hangers) 

Girls: 6 months up to size 16 (No limit), Junior girls 0-15 (No limit)

Boys: 6 months up to size 18/20 (No limit), Young mens jeans and pants (No limit)

What We Do Accept 

• Baby Care Items: working breast pumps (motors), working monitors, safety gear, diaper bags…..etc. Blankets, sheets, towels, and cloth diapers (pin these items together when selling in multiples-DO NOT PUT IN ZIPLOC BAGS)
• Baby Equipment: car seats, infant carriers, slings, backpacks, strollers, high chairs, bouncers, swings, exersaucers, walkers, jumpers, monitors, safety gates, play yards, pack-n-plays (consignor will be required to assemble at drop off).
• Baby Toys: play gyms and mats, mobiles, ride-on toys, activity tables, rattles, board books, etc.
• Children's Toys: dolls, trucks, trains, building blocks, electronic learning toys, board games, books, puzzles, video games, movies, software, easels, push toys, Little Tykes or Step 2 outdoor play equipment, slides, sand boxes, play houses, ride-on toys, wagons, tricycles, bicycles, bike trailers, sports equipment, etc.
• Children & Infant Furniture: cradles, changing tables, dressers, toddler beds, gliders with or without ottomans, rockers, bookshelves, toy boxes or chests, desks, table and chair sets, rocking chairs, twin beds, bunk beds. 

 Here are some suggestions but is not an all inclusive list!

What We Do Not Accept

-Maternity clothing or Ladies wear.

-Used underwear or socks, any items that smell of smoke or are musty

-Out of date clothing, stained, torn, or very worn looking

-No diaper genies, potty chairs, bath tubs

-Excessively dirty or broken equipment

-No equipment with missing seat-straps or dry rot straps

-Car Seats made before 2019, check recalls at (800) 424-9393

-Recalled or unsafe items

To comply with laws, we will no longer accept cribs mfg. before June 28, 2011. 

Consigned cribs must either:

A) Have the manufacture date on the crib, showing it to be manufactured on or after June 28, 2011  or

B) Have a Certificate of Compliance from the company which manufactured the crib stating that the crib is certified to meet laws 16 CFR 1219 or 16 CFR 1220.
